Our installation team provides you with insight into your existing openings, and provides final dimensions for ordering and installation on retrofit installations.
Our sales staff will work on estimating the product options and sizes that are tailored to your project, and will also provide an (optional) installation price for the project
We will place the order with the manufacturer, with the custom specifications for your project.
The Manufacturer will create your windows & doors to your exact specifications, and will ship them to Clear Innovations’ warehouse.
Our sales staff will send you or your builder a Rough Opening schedule for your specific project, reducing the amount of time spent on correcting framing mistakes.
Our delivery team will deliver the products to your project, and will safely store them in a clear, open area like a garage, porch, foyer, mud-room, etc.
Our expert installation crew will remove existing window units if required, tape flash each opening, provide sill pans on any openings that run to the floor, assemble any required components, and will install each window per the manufacturer’s recommended installation methods.
We offer a complementary “Check & Adjust” service after the products have been installed & once the project has progressed past heavy construction, to address any lingering operational issues with the window or door products, and to ensure that the products operate like new for the move-in process.

He has had a successful track record of providing luxury window and door products to builders and homeowners within multiple high-demand markets, including Westchester County, NY, Fairfield County, CT, Charleston, SC, and Austin, TX. As a life-long student of the window and door industry, he is always hungry to learn more about products, techniques, and industry best practices, and he strives to learn something new every day. He loves to share this knowledge with his customers and other industry experts, and he prides himself on holding a very high level of attention to detail on every project that he works on. Outside of work, he is happily married to his wife Tina for 10 years, a father of two beautiful girls, and he resides in Charleston, SC as a remote salesperson for Clear Innovations.
Keith is the warehouse lead at Clear Innovations, ensuring every product is delivered accurately and on time. Known for his strong work ethic and constant drive to learn, he’s passionate about growth and excited for the future of the window and door industry and his role in it.
As Service Manager at Clear Innovations, LLC, Randy keeps things running smoothly from the schedule to the site. He’s the one making sure service calls are lined up and jobs get done right—the first time.
