Juan Valencia brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, having began his career at 17 framing custom homes. He spent 8 years specializing in roofing and waterproofing, which has provided him with a strong technical foundation in both structural and protective systems. Currently, he serves as the installation coordinator for Clear Innovations, where he manages the planning, scheduling, and execution of installation projects. He is dedicated to ensuring each job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. His goal is to support his installation teams and his clientele with reliable coordination and deep industry experience and insight.

As one of the founding partners of Clear Innovations, Stephanie brings a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. She oversees key aspects of operations to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional products and services. She takes pride in working closely with our team and customers to provide tailored solutions that enhance both the function and aesthetics of homes and businesses. As Service Manager at Clear Innovations, LLC, Randy keeps things running smoothly from the schedule to the site. He’s the one making sure service calls are lined up and jobs get done right—the first time. Whether it’s fixing windows, adjusting doors, or finding creative (sometimes unconventional) solutions, Randy’s all about getting the job done in a way that keeps customers happy. His approach blends hands-on know-how with a practical mindset—because sometimes the best fix isn’t in the manual.

Keith is the warehouse lead at Clear Innovations, ensuring every product is delivered accurately and on time. Known for his strong work ethic and constant drive to learn, he’s passionate about growth and excited for the future of the window and door industry and his role in it.

Dave Curry is a 20+ Year veteran of window and door sales. He has had a successful track record of providing luxury window and door products to builders and homeowners within multiple high-demand markets, including Westchester County, NY, Fairfield County, CT, Charleston, SC, and Austin, TX. As a life-long student of the window and door industry, he is always hungry to learn more about products, techniques, and industry best practices, and he strives to learn something new every day. He loves to share this knowledge with his customers and other industry experts, and he prides himself on holding a very high level of attention to detail on every project that he works on. Outside of work, he is happily married to his wife Tina for 10 years, a father of two beautiful girls, and he resides in Charleston, SC as a remote salesperson for Clear Innovations.
